Carnatic music
Carnatic music is the form of classical music in southern part of India. It's framework is based on Talas and Ragas.Talas are the beats and Ragas are the format for the tunes of the songs.It involves many wind instruments like Nadaswaram,Flute.Stringed instruments like Veena ,Violin and Mandolin.Percussion instruments like Mridangam,Ghatam,Morsing,etc.It has also vocalists who sing.
Here,songs are in the form of Varnams ,Geetams,Swarajatis and Keertanams.
